No law against it, but you might want to ask permission of any players you want to record. You wouldn’t want someone to take exception to your filming them. Could be damaging to your camera!

Have you asked the course for permission to video tape a session ? Don’t you think that would be your first step ? Aren’t you, in effect, trespassing ?

If you’re playing a round and have paid your green fee, then you should be fine.
Failing all of that, contact the course and obtain permission to film.
